1. What languages do you teach?

2. What is the cost of our courses?
The cost of a course depends on language level, language specialization, number of students in a group, venue, etc. For more information about pricing please contact us using the contact form or at info@language-hub.org.
3. How do I pay for a course?
We prefer payment by bank transfer. After booking a course, we will send you an invoice with payment details. Payment in cash can be arranged after previous agreement.
4. Can I pay with a credit card?
We do not currently accept credit card payments, although there are courses that could by paid via PayPal (the payment method is specified in the course).
5. When will I have to pay for a course?
Any course should always be paid prior to its initiation unless otherwise provided.
6. Who will teach me?
Our teachers have linguistic education and long experience with language teaching. They do not only have perfect knowledge of a given language, they are great educators as well.
7. What if I am not satisfied with my teacher?
If you are not satisfied with the style of teaching, you can contact the school administration and request for a replacement. Moreover, we regularly meet with our teachers and discuss the methodology of teaching and we are interested in feedback from our clients in order to avoid future disagreements.
8. Do you teach during summer holidays?
Yes. When requested, we run summer courses.
9. Do you offer public courses?

10. Can a course take place at my office/home?
Yes. To save your time, our teachers will come to you. The course venue will be arranged according to you preference.
11. Do you offer distance language courses? (e.g. via Skype)
Yes. This type of course can be arranged if requested.
12. What teaching materials do you use?
It always depends on the type of a course and your requirements. In beginner courses we prefer to follow standard textbooks. In conversational courses teachers prefer their own materials. The choice of materials is always based on the agreement between a client and a teacher. Textbooks are not included in the course price, however, additional materials might be provided.
13. I would like to study a language that you do not offer. Can you help me with that?

14. What is e-learning?
As a bonus for our students we provide free e-learning system. In e-learning you will find an overview of your lessons, study materials, news, and other interesting information about your course. To learn more, sign up / log in to the system.
