A student wants to cancel or postpone a lesson
Every request to cancel / postpone any lesson must be consulted with the Language Hub office. Teachers are not allowed to process the postponement/cancellation on their own.
Please, remind student(s) to inform Language Hub office about their request (online form to process this request is to be found here https://www.language-hub.org/mod/feedback/complete.php?id=2737).
If a substitute term works for all the parties (student / teacher / school), the lesson can be substitued.
The description of individual cancellation situations (in-time, late cancellation) is part of the contract (see par. 5).
