Frequently asked questions

Before starting Czech.

Can I start with no previous Czech?

Yes. A course can begin at A0. The programme introduces pronunciation, essential vocabulary, useful structures and basic communication in a systematic sequence.

Can the course focus mainly on speaking?

Yes. The emphasis can be adjusted toward speaking and listening, while still including enough grammar, reading and writing to support reliable progress.

How long does it take to prepare for A2 or B1?

Preparation time depends strongly on the starting level, lesson frequency and study between lessons. The current indicative ranges are approximately one to three years for A2 and two to four years for B1.

Are the lessons online or in person?

Both formats may be available. The final arrangement depends on your schedule, location, teacher availability and preferred course format.

How is the course price determined?

The proposal reflects the lesson length, individual or group format, delivery arrangement and programme. You receive the practical and financial scope before deciding whether to proceed.
