Any lesson can be canceled in the following ways:

• Via phone (+420 544 212 355), e-mail (info@language-hub.org), online form (http://www.language-hub.org/mod/feedback/complete.php?id=59&courseid)  or personally
• In the reservation system (http://www.language-hub.org/blocks/mrbs/web); procedure:
  • Click on the current lesson
  • Submit a cancellation request by clicking the Request that this booking be moved with the reason for cancellation

The terms of the cancellation and consequences that result from it are part of the contract (par. 5)
