V pravé části kurzové složky naleznete přehled nejbližších lekcí.

V následujícím pohledu se zobrazí podrobný přehled lekcí, který je možné filtrovat podle časových známek (Vše, Vše v minulosti, Měsíce, Týdny, Den)

Nezapsané lekce jsou označené zeleným kolečkem. V následujícím dialogu vyberete status lekce (P = přítomen, 0 = zrušeno včas, 1 = zrušeno pozdě lektorem, 2 = zrušeno pozdě studentem) a uložíte. Kliknutím na záhlaví sloupce (např. "P") můžete rychle označit statusem více účastníků.

How often to take an attendance

The attendance module is used by students, teachers and Language Hub administration for an ongoing control of the presence. It is desired to have the attendance taken shortly after the lesson so as to keep the live picture of the ongoing month. The export from attendance module is compared with the amount of invoiced lessons and is shared with student(s). It is necessary to take the reality-based attendance completely no later than the new My Money Database entry is added.
