Any lesson can be cancelled in the following ways:
- via online form https://www.language-hub.org/mod/feedback/complete.php?id=59&courseid=15 (preferred way)
- via e-mail (write to info@language-hub.org)
- via phone (call to +420 544 212 355)
- personally (Moravské náměstí 3, Brno) - this meeting has to be scheduled in advance
The terms of the cancellation and consequences that result from it are part of the contract (par. 5). It is not allowed to cancel lesson(s) directly with the students without notifying Language Hub.

| until 15:00 of the business day before the lesson date | at 15:01 or later of the business day before the lesson date |
| in-time cancellation (status "A") | late cancellation (status "2") |
