Cancel or reschedule my lesson

Any lesson can be cancelled (or rescheduled, if agreed upon with the teacher and Language Hub) in the following ways:
- via online form https://www.language-hub.org/mod/feedback/complete.php?id=2737 (logging into the system is required to complete this form - this is the preferred, fastest, and easiest method)
- via e-mail (write to info@language-hub.org)
- via phone (call +420 544 212 355)
- in person (Language Hub Offices, Moravské náměstí 3, Brno) - this meeting must be scheduled in advance
A group course lesson can be cancelled if more than half of the students express their wish to cancel it.
The terms of cancellation and the consequences that result from it are shown in the table below. It is not permitted to cancel or reschedule lessons directly with the teacher without notifying the Language Hub office.
