Cancel or reschedule my lesson

Any lesson can be cancelled (or rescheduled, if agreed upon with the teacher and Language Hub) using one of the following methods:

  • Via the online form (login required – this is the preferred, fastest, and easiest method). Click the calendar icon  in the Attendance section and submit the form that appears, or use the link from the email reminder.

  • By e-mail – write to info@language-hub.org
  • By phone – call +420 544 212 355)
  • in person – Language Hub offices, Moravské náměstí 3, Brno (a meeting must be scheduled in advance)

A group course lesson may be cancelled if more than half of the students express their wish to cancel it.

The cancellation terms and any resulting consequences are shown in the table below.
It is not permitted to cancel or reschedule lessons directly with the teacher without notifying the Language Hub office.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation time Status Conditions
Until 16:00 on the business day before the lesson In-time cancellation ("A") No cancellation fee is applied.
At 16:01 or later on the business day before the lesson Late cancellation ("2")
 The lesson is fully charged.
