The standard waiting time is 15 minutes after the scheduled start of the class.

If the student/students does/do not turn for a lesson after 5 minutes from the scheduled start of the lesson, we suggest teachers to try to reach them via short text message (for this, we recommend teachers to have phone number of the student/students).

If the student/students does/do not come after, the teacher does one of the following (first variant is preferred) as soon as possible:

• fills out the form https://www.language-hub.org/mod/feedback/complete.php?id=59&courseid=15 (Lesson cancellation -> Unexcused/Unreported/Late absence of student(s), or
• contacts Language Hub via email info@language-hub.org or phone +420 544 212 355)
