Every request to cancel / postpone any lesson must be consulted with the Language Hub office. Teachers are not allow to process the postponement/cancellation on their own.

Please, remind student(s) to inform about their request Language Hub office.

If a substitute term works for all the parties (student / teacher / school), the lesson can be substitued.

The description of individual cancellation situations (in-time, late cancellation) is part of the contract (see par. 5).
