Cancel or reschedule my lesson

Any lesson can be cancelled (or rescheduled, if agreed with the teacher and Language Hub) in the following ways:
- via online form https://www.language-hub.org/mod/feedback/complete.php?id=2737 (log in to the system required to complete this form)
- via e-mail (write to info@language-hub.org)
- via phone (call +420 544 212 355)
- personally (Language Hub Offices, Moravské náměstí 3, Brno) - this meeting has to be scheduled in advance
The terms of cancellation and consequences that result from it are part of the Language Hub Supply Agreement (par. 5). It is forbidden to cancel or reschedule lesson(s) directly with the teacher.
